Terms of Service

Our service is free to candidates, always. We will not put you forward for a role without discussing it with you first, and we will tell you the outcome of every process you enter.

Search terms, fees, and guarantee periods are set out in the engagement letter we sign before a search begins. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or an engagement; the engagement letter governs.

Fees are payable only when a candidate we introduced accepts an offer and starts. Introductions remain attributable to us for twelve months from the date we made them.

We treat client searches and candidate details as confidential in both directions. We will not name a client publicly without written permission.

Content is provided for information. Figures such as time-to-hire are averages across past searches and not a guarantee for any individual search.
