Privacy Policy

Forecareer is a recruiting firm. We place engineers, data and ML specialists, and operating leaders with venture-backed startups. This policy explains what we hold about you and why.

For candidates: your name, contact details, résumé, public professional profiles, and notes from conversations with us. For clients: company details, the roles you brief us on, and your feedback on candidates. We collect this directly from you, from public professional sources, and from referrals.

To match candidates to roles, to run searches for clients, to schedule and coordinate interviews, and to keep in touch about opportunities you have told us you want. We do not sell personal data.

We share a candidate's profile with a client only after we have discussed that specific role with the candidate and they have agreed. Clients see what is relevant to the role, not our internal notes.

Candidate records are kept for 24 months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them. Client records are kept for the term of the engagement plus six years for contractual reasons.

You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. Write to hello@forecareer.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

This site does not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. If you accept, we load Google Analytics (Firebase) so we can see which pages are read. That runs only after you opt in; you can decline. We store your choice on this device.
